What is covered:

• All components for a period of 90 days.

• Component exchange.

• Telephone technical assistance. (During and after the warranty)

What is not covered:

• Damage due to natural disasters such as floods, tornados, hurricanes, earth quakes, acts of God.

• Physical damage do to abuse or mistreatment of equipment.

• Jammed coins or currency.

• Games in which have been worked on by 3rd party or none qualified technicians.

• On site on location repairs.

• The condition of the machine when you receive it. These are used not band new!

• If a customer needs to ship a machine back for repair the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

• We do not accept delivery to our Illinois address. We will provide the service center address.
