About warranties

• Warranty information is already displayed on the products webpage.

• Standard warrantees can range from 90 days, 6 months, 1 year and some even 2 years depending on the product and or manufacturer.

• However on certain products we offer extended warrantees. The extended warranty will add 1 extra year or more from the standard warranty.

• If a product already includes a 6 month warranty and you purchase the extended 1 year warranty then you get an extra 1 1/2 years warranty.

• If a product already includes a 1 year warranty and you purchase the extended 1 year warranty then you get an extra 1 year.

• Between the standard warranty and extended warranty the total warranty cannot exceed more than 2 years from the time you receive your item.

• Standard Warranty coverage: Include all parts and components with the exception of obvious physical abuse.

• Extended warranty coverage: Includes non moving parts only. Examples are circuit boards, hard drives, PC, power supplies and monitors.

• We do not offer on-site service.

• The customer is responsible for maintaining their own product. Most games and jukeboxes include modular components and are designed with the novice in mind. Free telephone and e-mail supports is always available.

• Parts and components will either be repaired or replaced at no charge.

• You must order the extended warranty at the time of placing your order.

• Extended warranty cannot be purchased after an item has already been received.

• Customer is responsible for sending any defective parts, components, or item to Eagle Distributing Inc. or the manufacturer.

What is not covered

• Damage due to natural disasters such as floods, tornados, hurricanes, earth quakes, acts of God.

• Physical damage do to abuse or mistreatment of equipment.

• Buttons, track-balls, joysticks, currency acceptors, coin acceptors, wheels.

• Computer viruses, software bugs, spyware.

• Games in which have been worked on by 3rd party or none qualified technicians.

• On site on location repairs.
