Delivery information per item:

Standard shipping fees for the continental U.S.A.

These are average shipping fees. Actual shipping fees are are determined at the time of placing an order or may be listed on the items webpage.

• Lets define shipping terms. Standard shipping DOES NOT INCLUDE INSIDE DELIVERY.

• INSIDE DELIVERY is available for many products for an additional fee, usually $200 more. This means we have to hire a shipping or white-glove moving company in which will deliver products inside a residence or business. This usually requires more than one person and is time consuming. Be sure to view product dimensions and measure your doorways and any obstacles before ordering. We and the shipping companies cannot predict any unusual obstacles such as tight turns and narrow staircases.

• Delivery times: On most items average delivery time is 2-3 weeks. Custom built machines and larger machines may take up to 4 or 5 weeks. More information regarding inside delivery is available here!

• Once a product has been shipped and delivery companies have possession we cannot guarantee the actual delivery time. However we can assure you that in almost all cases you'll have it with in the estimated delivery time as specified.

• Furthermore have no control on the time of day your items will be delivered. Most delivery companies give you a window perhaps 3-5 hours and in some cases all they can do is provide you with a delivery day and not a time frame.

• Most delivery companies will not deliver on weekends or holidays.

• Unless otherwise stated we only provide "curb-side" delivery and in most cases where available "lift-gate" service, which usually costs us an additional $100.00 but is for your convenience.

• "curb-side" delivery means that the delivery company will leave it on the customers premises or the end of the driveway. In many cases the driver will be more than happy to wheel item up to the door or inside the garage. However we cannot guarantee it.

• Please note: If a customer decides to change a shipping address once an item has been shipped out it may cost an additional $75.00. Shipping companies usually charge additional service fees for changing addresses.

INSPECT YOUR ITEM BEFORE SIGNING FOR IT!

About damaged items: Please inspect item before accepting it. All items are insured and if refused because you notice or suspect any damaged please contact us within 24 hours or by the next business day. We will reship a replacement as soon as we can verify item was refused and on it's way back to us, or we will have the shipping open the crate at their facility and carefully inspect it. In all cases the delivery company will give you time to inspect crate and even open it. If the crate is not dented or excessively ripped then your item should be ok. After it is signed for it is not our responsibility. However if you do happen to notice damage after the crate has been opened and the driver has already left you must contact the shipping company within 24 hours and contact Eagle Distributing Inc. An inspector will come out and inspect the item.

DO NOT SIGN FOR YOUR ITEMS BEFORE INSPECTING IT. If you do not inspect it before signing or if you do not report any damage within 24 hours we cannot guarantee any claims will be honored. All large items such as arcade games, jukeboxes and slot machines include a warning label on each crate stating you must carefully inspect the item before accepting it.

REMEMBER IF YOU SEE DAMAGE YOU MUST REFUSE THE ITEM!

Regarding INSIDE DELIVERY!

Inside delivery: Inside delivery usually takes longer to deliver than standard shipping. This is because items are shipped out using actual moving companies such as North American Van lines. Usually 2 men are used. Inside delivery usually includes unpacking the items and placing them in the customers designated area of their home or business. The movers however do not set-up or assemble anything. Average delivery time 3-4 weeks from the time an order has been placed and  sometimes 5 weeks for rural areas. The customers is required to make sure that the movers unpack the items before bringing them into the premises. Be sure to inspect it carefully.

• About damaged items: Please inspect item before accepting it. All items are insured and if refused because of damaged please contact us. We will reship a replacement as soon as we can verify item was refused, it is a legitimate claim and on it's way back to us. In all cases the delivery company will give you time to inspect crate and even open it. After it is signed for it is not our responsibility. Claim must be filed with delivery company.

• DO NOT SIGN FOR YOUR ITEMS BEFORE INSPECTING IT. After you sign you have accepted it in as is condition.

• Regarding cold weather conditions. If you are accepting delivery and the temperature is  30°F or less do not turn your item on for at least 1 hour. Your item should warm up indoors before turning it on.

Reguarding Express Shipping:

We normally do not offer express shipping. Most of our products are too large and fragile.

• Floor standing jukeboxes

Full sized Jukeboxes are placed on palettes in box crates and delivered by a moving company.

They are normally unpacked for your inspection and brought into the home or business for your convenience.

In some instances they may not be delivered by a freight company and not delivered inside. However they will be brought from the lift gate onto your property

It is good to let us know in advance if you need inside delivery.

The delivery company will contact you before delivery to set up a delivery date.

• Antique slot Machines

Slot machines are placed in crates and pallets.

They are shipped by a freight line.The delivery company will contact you before delivery to set up a delivery date.

• Arcade  Games

Video games such as Arcade games, cherry masters, and alike & others are placed in crates and placed on pallets and delivered by a freight line.

• Vending Machines

Vending machines such as Coke machines are either shipped by a moving company or a freight company.

In some cases they are delivered inside the home or business.

It is a good idea to let us know if inside delivery is necessary.

The delivery company will contact you before delivery to set up a delivery date.

However these unites are much smaller than jukeboxes and are easy to move around and fit through doorways.

• Small Items

Small items such as telephones and radios are shipped by UPS.

Important: When receiving a delivery please inspect the package and contents for any damage. If you suspect any damage please refuse the delivery. Notify us and we'll make arrangement to ship a replacement to you as soon as possible.
