For "double card printing only. Meaning you must have
Wurlitzer 1015 CD
jukebox set to 100 CD
capacity. If it was purchased from Eagle
Distributing Inc. then it has already been pre-set to 100 CD
capacity.
Select combination of CD to print. (Two Cd's per title card page. per page.)
Select print then select "double card"
To set to Wurlitzer select "Paper" then select "paper card settings"
Then select "card size"
Scroll down the screen and select "Wurlitzer"
Now go and select "card"
A small window should open in which shows "card settings" "apply to all cards" set as follows:
These are just a few important basic settings:
Set card# tops to: "Top CD 0.42" "Bot CD to 3.09"
Set left to: 0.0537 (this will move the middle top CD
number
all the way to the left and lined up with the first line or CD
title. This will save space
to reduce the overall card length.
Track height: 0.12 (this is very important. It controls the amount of space between each track and can make a big difference to the overall length of the double title card.
Select compilation: This sets the font size for track titles. The smaller the better. Set to 0.8.
Set CD font to 12, and set artist font to 9. Do not select arrows. Arrows take up too much space and are not necessary.
Track settings menu: Many tracks are too long. You should set to "set width to card width".
Need to reduce the card length even more? In "card settings" go to "options" select "all top adjustments items". Check the selections you want, such checking as all.
Next to "Options" you'll see "all" for top card and for bottom card. default settings are .00. You can move them up or down. This is great for adjusting Cd's with more or less tracks than others and reducing space between both top and bottom card!
Also if you notice that the text is outside the box, use these options to reposition it.
Options: You may select "print boarder or no boarder" With boarder it makes it easier to cut out the title cards.
Here is a finished product as compared to the blank title cards included with all Wurlitzer jukeboxes:
It's a perfect match. It is up to you to cut and trim to fit.
Just a few more tips and suggestions:
All other settings are up to you. You can change and alter settings such as font sizes and color to background color. Keep in mind the smaller the font and the less space between tracks the better the fit. In some cases you may have to edit the song track length. You may not always be able to show the full song title.
Important. You shouldn't have more than 25-30 tracks total on one double title card. This setting can be found at: "tracks, settings, maximum print".
Regarding title card pages: These are the plastic pages
behind the window in which you slip the title card pages into. There are a
total of 60 pages. You may want to save a few for CD
's in which have a large
capacity of songs such as anything over 17. You may print a "single" card
and use in in the extra space.
Notice the "title card pages" are pre printed from 01 - 60. You may make and cut your title cards so these top numbers show. Just be sure to print the same corresponding number on the top of your title card.
When doing this you have CD
spaces 61 - 00 (00 = 100)
left. You then must match of the bottom CD
to the corresponding open CD
slot.
If you cut the title cards a bit longer you may cover up the top 01 - 60 numbers.
