Standard shipping: Standard shipping is defined as curb-side delivery meaning the freight company will leave the item on your premises such as the driveway. Average delivery time 2-3 weeks from the time an order has been placed.

Please note: If a customer decides to change a shipping address once an item has been shipped out it may cost an additional $75.00. Shipping companies usually charge additional service fees for changing addresses.

In almost cases where when permissible we include an "optional" "lift-gate" service. Meaning you don't have to help the driver unload. Please note we cannot guarantee this however.

Inside delivery: Inside delivery usually takes longer to deliver than standard shipping. This is because items are shipped out using actual moving companies such as North American Van lines. Usually 2 men are used. Inside delivery usually includes unpacking the items and placing them in the customers designated area of their home or business. The movers however do not set-up or assemble anything. Average delivery time 3-4 weeks from the time an order has been placed and  sometimes 5 weeks for rural areas. The customers is required to make sure that the movers unpack the items before bringing them into the premises. Be sure to inspect it carefully.

• About damaged items: Please inspect item before accepting it. All items are insured and if refused because of damaged please contact us. We will reship a replacement as soon as we can verify item was refused, it is a legitimate claim and on it's way back to us. In all cases the delivery company will give you time to inspect crate and even open it. After it is signed for it is not our responsibility. Claim must be filed with delivery company.

• DO NOT SIGN FOR YOUR ITEMS BEFORE INSPECTING IT. After you sign you have accepted it in as is condition.

• Regarding cold weather conditions. If you are accepting delivery and the temperature is  30°F or less do not turn your item on for at least 1 hour. Your item should warm up indoors before turning it on.

After your order is placed here is what we do to ensure a safe shipment and a quality working machine:

• Jukeboxes

Full sized Wurlitzer floor standing Jukeboxes are normally delivered by a moving company in which will normally unpack the jukebox and deliver it inside you home or business. In some cases we will ship a jukebox by a trucking company if the customer wants it much sooner. However the trucking company will not deliver inside.

If you need your jukebox delivered inside you should mention this to your sales person or in the "comment box" located in the online order form.

Jukeboxes are placed in crates and attached to pallets before shipping.

• Slot machines

Slot machines are shipped by a trucking company, not a small carrier such as UPS. Because of their weight and packing they are much to heavy for a small carrier such as UPS.

Because of the fragility and the technical aspects of our antique slot machines great care is taken before shipment.

A technician will play the machines several times over.  The machines are filled with coins and emptied.

As for electro-mechanical slot machines such as Bally's we leave them plugged in for 5-7 days before it is scheduled to get shipped out. This allows the machine to heat up and for us to put it through a suitable test.

Keep in mind these are "antiques" and for us to offer the customer a good working quality product with a 1 year warranty all precautions must me made.

• Video arcade games

Video games are delivered by a trucking company.

Video games such as arcade games, Ms. Pac-man, Galaga's, Cherry masters are custom built when ordered.

We even pre-set them at customers request.

They are placed in boxes and strapped to pallets.

• Vending machines

Vending machines such as Coke machines are placed on pallets and delivered by a trucking company.

Vending machines are placed in crates and strapped to pallets.

• Telephones & Radios

Telephones & radios are shipped UPS.

• As much as we appreciate our customers business please only order from us providing  you accept our shipping terms and procedures.  Because our products are sensitive and specialized our shipping system and preparation is very scheduled. We cannot ship by any "express means" such as small items in which may be shipped when using UPS next day, 2nd, overnight, etc..  There is no safe or cost efficient "overnight delivery" for a 355 lb jukebox or a 150lb slot machine. Furthermore we have no control as to how fast a shipping company can get the product to you.

• Please expect up to 2-3 weeks at your door delivery time on most items such as jukeboxes, slot machines, Coke machines, video games.
